DIY Wine Bottle Sanitation Station Plans | CellarCraft
SANITIZE. DRAIN. PROTECT. FILL.
Turn unused vertical space above your winery workbench into an efficient bottle-preparation station.
The CellarCraft Bottle Sanitation & Drain Station™ is designed for serious home winemakers who want a cleaner, more organized bottling workflow without sacrificing valuable garage or winery floor space.
The vertically oriented system accommodates up to 24 standard 750 mL wine bottles while maintaining a relatively compact footprint.
Unlike a conventional bottle drying tree, this system is designed primarily around sanitizing and draining. Bottles remain inverted after sanitation, allowing excess sanitizer to drain while helping protect the bottle interior until you're ready to fill.

Designed Around Your Garage Winery
CellarCraft equipment plans are intentionally designed to take advantage of negative space and vertical space.
Instead of dedicating valuable floor space to another piece of equipment, the Bottle Sanitation & Drain Station combines bottle storage, sanitation, drainage and workflow organization into one compact workstation.
Built With Readily Available Components
The construction package is designed around materials and components that can generally be sourced from major home-improvement stores, online retailers and plastics suppliers.
Typical materials include:
HDPE • stainless-steel hardware • food-compatible tubing • removable drain pan • bottle rinser • food-grade reservoir • adjustable feet
A complete bill of materials and hardware schedule is included.
24-Bottle Modular Capacity
Four removable six-bottle rack modules provide capacity for 24 wine bottles.
The modular design allows sections to be removed independently for cleaning, maintenance or workflow changes.
Designed for the Bottling Process
1. SANITIZE
Sanitize the bottle using the integrated bottle-rinser position.
2. DRAIN

3. PROTECT
